From scattered clues to research leads
Arbura helps organize what you already know, extract useful clues, search for missing records and relatives, and turn possible discoveries into source-linked research cases.
Arbura is an AI-assisted family-history research platform for people starting from old documents, unfinished trees, family stories, migration questions, adoption stories, or one ancestor nobody can trace.
Most people do not start with a perfect family tree. They start with a surname, a document, a story, a place, or a question.
Then the trail breaks: records are scattered, names change, sources contradict each other, and the research quickly becomes overwhelming.
Arbura helps organize what you already know, extract useful clues, search for missing records and relatives, and turn possible discoveries into source-linked research cases.
We are not building Arbura to let AI invent your family tree.
The AI can suggest possible records, relatives, conflicts, citations, and next steps. But every meaningful discovery should remain tied to evidence, visible uncertainty, and human judgment.
Arbura is for families, researchers, diaspora communities, and curious people who have material to begin with — but not the time, patience, or expertise to investigate it properly alone.
Arbura is built by Ilya and António, combining product-building, AI, research, and a belief that family history deserves better tools.
